1. Seal a Meal, vacuum storage bags, sucks all the air out, thick bags that will not burst. Works great for storing cases also.

2. Glad quart freezer bags, double bag.

Understood, though I was poking fun.
My mom taught me how to make German potato salad, how to boil the tater's to the perfect done-ness and how to peel them hot, right out of the pot. It wasn't until ~7th grade before I had my first taste of potato salad with mayo in it.
Talk about a contentious dish - my mom and her best friend (think i posted about Sicilian neighbors once) used to argue about which vinegar, how much, what spices, etc. It was playful, but you could see each one thought hers was the better.

My uses are much smaller than so many of you who shoot in volume and not a broad range of cartridges. I might prep a test run of 100 cartridge for one rifle then wind up spending a couple of days reloading and testing. Rarely do I have more than 500 pieces of brass for any one cartridge. The exceptions are those cartridges I shoot in competition. So my containers are significantly smaller than the typical 5-gallon pails mentioned so often.

Really Good Stuff (British company) makes some great storage containers in a huge variety of sizes from tiny to jumbo. These can be a little pricey but buying direct from the American distributor in quantities can save you a tidy sum.

As my RGS containers age I'm replacing them with Sterilite brand gasketed clear containers and more of the RGS small containers in the 1.7qt to 7 qt sizes.

Other than these, the Dollar Store carries the clear boxes with white lids about the size of shoe boxes for about $1.00/each for daily storage.

I grew up with 11 aunts, both grandmothers and my mother of course. Potato salad was a staple at every table no matter whose house it was. And yes it was a funny sort of competition between the women as to who had the best variation. In my opinion there was nothing to contest to since I like everything with potatoes. The variety was a bonus for me.

I like these containers, and was just going to recommend them. I have a bunch of various sizes, from about 4 x 6 inches or so to carry pistol ammo in my shooting box, to about 8 x 16 x 8 (guessing) or so for storing processed brass.

On the left coast, you can find them at Office Depot. I've seen them online, but don't remember where.

If you don't have any yourself, find an F-Class shooter and grab some of those yellow Berger proj boxes. Solid, will last forever and they stack perfectly

I was waiting for someone to up the belly up to the bar with "I have enough bulk bullets. From now on I only buy bullets if they come in their own designer plastic boxes."

I break down large bulk bullet orders into quart size Ziplock freezer bags, and then store them in an ammo can. Honestly, the Berger boxes are nice!!!

For storing brass I use the Sterlite plastic containers (size of a shoe box... about 1 gallon) that are stackable. Full tub equivalents are 500 cases 308, 1000 cases 223/5.56, 1300 cases 300BO, 1500 cases 45ACP, 2300 cases 9mm. For cold storage of brass a 5 gallon paint bucket holds 5 of the above tubs, so 5000 cases of 223/5.56.

When I buy bullets, they come in 100 or 250 count boxes. I guess I’m not shooting the volume some of you guys are. For me, it’s mostly woodchucks. There would be a lot more of them, but the darned coyotes are eating them, and the coyotes around me are smart. They run in packs, and if you shoot one, the rest wise up real quick.

I use the plastic containers +lids that come with the wonton soup.......
The 1-person wonton soup container holds about 250 tips.
The 2-person wonton soup container hold about 500.
I can get about 250 +/- 45acp 200's in the big soup container....
Been using them for decades. They clean up great, are dishwasher safe, seal solid, and take a sharpie well too!

Coated bullets in empty powder cans. Bullet proof!
Bulk plinking/ pdog loads in zip lok bags.
Load info inside written on masking tape.
Ziplok bags in cheap small tool pouches or coffee cans.
Spent brass goes back in pouch or can with empty ziplok.
Field comment notes left inside ziplok.
Road trip cleaning items and various snake oil in coffee can prevent squishing.
Tool pouch for support items: tools muffs suppressor earplugs gloves.
Not a bench rest shooter but honest plinker.
I read this forum for knowlege, others for bs time.
