What Do You Know About Limb Saver De-Resonators

Hi Guys
Would like to know what you guys think about De-Resonators on 22cal. rifles?
The fact remain from what I've been reading that the barell does move.
And it would seem that a weight / Tuner / de - resonator will help for accuracy.
Please tell me of you experiences with this ad on.
