SW MP Shield. 9mm. I'm not a huge fan of 9mm, but with newer bullets, it's better. I load 115 gr Nosler sporting handgun bullets, w231 (can't remember the charge weight), winchester spp. Good accuracy, flawless function.

Mostly maple plywood, a Hitachi sliding miter saw, and an air compressor. Occasionally dry wall and 2x4s. Not room for a firearm most days, and even if i did have room it would be so full of saw dust, it would never fire if I ever needed it. I did work with a guy that had a confrontation on a job. He pulled back the guard on the saw, pulled the trigger and chased the guy till he ran out of extension cord. i guess you just make do with what is at hand.

I have three that I go between. Glock 43 with +3 mags, STI Guardian 9mm, and S&W 642 38spl. However, I am looking at the Shadow System MR920 War Poet 9mm as a possible replacement for all of them.

Not readily concealed but my favorite is a Glock 27 in 40. Always go bang & I don't care what the experts say, the 40 is superior to a 9 any day with my life on the line.

Not what the FBI thinks, as they are back to the 9mm even after the Miami lessons. To rely on a bullet design is shear folly imo, but who am I to question the FBI?

Pretty sure by law the Concealed Weapons list or roster is available publicly in California. Can anyone confirm this ? A young SJW warrior printed out on a public website the list of CCW in her home county of Santa Clara California. All fun and games until her home address was also revealed by someone and plastered all over the web.

For anyone that has shot probably close to 100,000 rounds and counting out of a 1911
a SIG P938 9MM is a good choice.
Same basic controls and operation.
I am of the opinion that one should never speak of and certainly no one should ever know that you are carrying.
An inside waist band hidden Hybrid holster is a good choice and as it is a hybrid it can be an outside the waist band also.

Kahr CW9 with CorBon 115 +P+. Nothing wrong with a 9 with the right ammo. Can Carry it right in my Jacket or pants pocket. One thing to remember, PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE.
