What do you carry?

The proper mental state... SA and having a plan is everything!

Weapons (not limited to firearms) are subject to legal implications and the threat environment.

Has anyone else reconsidered their carry options in light of bad people attacking masses of innocent people like San Bernardino? Lower magazine capacities are becoming less attractive to me.

Before the flamethrowers come out, I pride myself on accuracy just like all the rest of you.

Condition Yellow whenever I'm out of the house

When I carry:

Springfield Range officer Compact 9mm with a spare mag,
Freeze +P

I absolutely LOVE my Glock 23 in 40S&W.. I would own a Glock 27 in 40S&W but even with that little clip extender modification it is a bit small in my hands.. If you have a "normal" sized hand, it would be fine.. My son carries a Kimber ( I don't know the exact model) in .45.. It is a Stainless Steel, I believe 3.5" barrel with Rosewood grips.. It is one of the prettiest autos I have ever seen and it shoots as good as it looks! BUT the take down and reassembly of that particular Kimber is a T-Total nightmare!

Because I can and do all the time. I do mean..."all the time". Bathing suits, shorts, suits, hunting, fishing, around the house etc. It's small enough to easily conceal and sure has killed lots of snakes, finished off two deer and some armadillos. Hope I don't have to use it for anything else.

Carry a gun? I would never do something like that! the government is here to protect me.

Now, if I did it would be a Glock 29 in 10mm with extended mags (can't have too much power)

Sometimes, it is better to take the responsibility and protect oneself because there is no reliability in Government. Police cannot be there with you all the time to protect you from hooligans.
