What Do I Have? ITHACA

My dad gave me a .243. The rifle has @ 1 in 10" twist. It has "ITHACA GUN CO. MADE IN FINLAND" on one side and "BOFORS BARREL STEEL" on the other. It has a nice stock with a palm swell and shoots 100gr great. I want to work up a load with 55gr BT's. What do I have ? My dad said SAKO made it, or he thinks SAKO made it... I forget. What can you tell me about it?

Yep, that's it. I looked at a .270 that he gave me years ago and it is pretty much the same gun. It has LSA-65 on the action. Thank's
