Real tin foil is the real deal. I don't know if I'd use it for a food
wrap but if you want to make a 100% real tin foil hat, might cost
ya' a bit more but what the hell, it would be authentic.......

On October 14 2023 an annular eclipse went right across SW Texas. It didn't get totally dark, but the disc of the sun was still obscured, just the outer "ring of fire" was visible. I don't recall hearing of any hordes in TX for that one.

The last one I seen was still a bit light out, and happened quick.
This one their saying is longer lasting and will get much darker
because of the moon being much closer to the earth.....Talked
to my buddy again who will be helping outdoors airport security.

I just walked outside and looked up. Clouds moved in overnight and I can’t see the sun. Can’t even tell where it is in the sky. It’s supposed to be like this for the next three days.
City workers are busy closing off streets and putting up signs. Police Dept. on high alert.
Schools closed Monday. All this mayhem and the only way we’ll see it is on TV!
