Hi Gents. I have a Weaver T36 scope that is in need of a repair as it will not focus sharply at infinity. Something has become loose inside as it rattles.
I heard from a few shooters here in the UK that it is not worth the effort of sending the scope because of poor customer service.
The question is has anyone had a good service from them as I would not want to just ditch the scope as a piece of junk, but get it repaired by the manufacturer.
I will ring their number tomorrow but just wanted some idea of how efficient they are with customers (or not!).
Any info appreciated.
