Bought a Weaver T36 with an unknown history to use for load development. Being a Palma shooter and current member of the Palma Alliance my scopes don't spend much time on a rifle (no need for anyone to stage an intervention). Tried the T36 on a new barreled action for load development and on a pair of known rifles. The ability of the scope to hold and track was clearly in question.
Sent it back to Weaver knowing this would likely not be covered by the warranty. Really just wanted it fixed and said I was OK with any charges.
