scope tracking (fix)

Anyone out there address (fix)tracking issues on a Weaver T36, sent back for warranty work and they changed the dial pads said they get worn after extensive use...this is a new scope.
Still does not track worth a hoot.

I've had a T-36 since 2003 bought it new. It has never had a tracking problem?
