Weatherby moving

If some cities and towns in WY ever get running water and a sewer system, cost of living is going up. I'm sure immigrants from CA will demand those services.
May want fast internet too, or 4g phone service.

I love Sheridan, super nice town and super nice people and appears modern. I believe Weatherby will fit in great with the town, The Mint Bar downtown will see more people, Housing is not really cheap, because they are receiving a huge growth in retirement people moving into the area. And for those who do not know much about Wyoming, they only have three season there. Winter, July and August. Ha Ha. I guess some of those local prairie dog towns will see a reduction in population in the next couple of years.

I’m calling bs on this ;)
You can die in that white stuff, your not going to die in the heat although you may feel like it !

Found outside of El Paso

Weatherby is actually moving to Sheridan, WY. which is like small town America. Nice town and for the most part reasonable real estate. They do not have lots of doctors nor a large hospital, so that may be an issue.

I thought they had three seasons like Montana does; Winter, Fall, and Road Construction.

CHEYENNE – Wyoming was one of eight states – and the only state in the West – to lose population from July 2015 to July 2016, according to estimates released by the U.S. Census Bureau.

Population of WY: 595,153
Population of CA: 39,776,830

If you can handle the heat of summer and the cold of winter, Wyoming is awesome. You can certainly find solitude. I will say our visit last summer to Jackson was a disappointment though. What was once a really nice western town is nothing more than a traffic jam leading to a tourist trap with over priced food and T-shirts.

CNBC just rated Wyoming as the 6th best state to retire in. Not sure what the healthcare is like in Casper, but if you can't find a doctor you like in the southern part of the state Fort Collins is just down the road. Yeah, I'm looking at Cheyenne or Laramie to retire in.
You watch CNBC? You believe CNBC? Worst batch of Liberals in the media world.
