Weather? I apologize to all Texans!

Did I hear that all 5 of the wheels in charge of the power grid structure resigned? And none were Texas residents?

I’ve heard “rumblings” that Governor Abbot requested the Biden Admin/EPA for a temporary allocation of carbon emissions that would have permitted fossil fuel plants to increase their output during the cold period. Can anyone verify if true?

Damn Butch....
Do you guys maybe need an outside director from Indiana? I have a little free time for that kind of salary. Does it include an expense account?
It appears that very few live in Tejas. They have been quiet for years, but look for a big shakeup.

Not surprising. If I was pulling down a salary like that for probably a part time job, I would try to fly under the radar also.

I just got my electric bill from last months freeze. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. $296.00 for an all electric house. I turned my heat pump off when ambient temp hit about at 28 degs and was running straight electric heat thru the freeze. I heard some real horror stories about some peoples electric bills. I am on a electric coop which may or may not help.

It all depends upon who you want to believe.
