When I picked this rifle up over a year ago, it was still unfired in the box. The factory target is one small hole at 55 yds. Someone on this board found out for me that the test ammo that Anschutz uses is RWS 50. At $19 per 50 rds, I wanted to find something else that might do almost as well. I think they shoot out of a machine rest, but I still need to spring for a box just to see how I can do with it.
I tested 5 shot groups at 50 yds with Super X hollowpoints, G.I. (Win) rifle match, Rem match, Rem HI-Speed, Federal Champion, and SK Match. The rifle shot acceptably with all, about 1/2" groups, except with the SK. It shot (2) one hole groups at 50 yds that are both under .320", near .6 moa at 50 yds. Not outstanding, but I'm no better than that, so it's probable that the rifle can do better.
It's a very pretty little gun, but not just show. Got some go too. It'll hit a tree rat in the head every time, if I can. Think I'll keep it.
