Took the Vudoo to the range today to see what 100 & 200 yard shooting looks like. This gun does a reset on what you think rimfires are capable of. To really utilize these guns you need to pull out the wind flags. If you take wind out of the equation at 100 yards with quality ammo this rifle puts shots into the same hole. Before you know it you have 3 shots in the same hole and your trying not to screw up a group that looks a lot like a group I would shoot with my 6ppc bench gun. If you were to shoot this thing indoors I think it would outshoot my bench gun. Groups to follow.

At last months NRL22 match I shot this at the 50yd zero target with Center X. 1 cold bore and 4 follow up at the center right target:

My Vudoo is amazing even with me shooting it . Please note these targets rotated when I posted they should both be 90 degrees clockwise.

It’s been crazy windy around my place so I haven’t been able to get those one hole groups. I know excuses, excuses. Hopefully that will change soon.

Next step down the rabbit hole is a barrel tuner. Choose your poison but both Harrels and Ezells definitely work, and they are a great excuse to shoot a loot and futz around with your soon to be favorite rifle while you are finding the barrel's favorite setting. And, of course there is lot testing after which you spend almost as much on that magic lot as you did on the original rifle.

I’ve owned 2 Harrels and they work great but with the shooting I do learning how to dope the wind does more for me than anything else.
