Vortex Viper 6.5-20 scope? Has anyone tried one? quality?

I was checking out the 6.5-20-50 Viper by vortex...They sound like they are built right,e.g., XD lenses,Xr technology, etc...
Unconditional, transferable lifetime! that's hard to beat!

HERE is what I found! at this link

X-Factor Vision
Precision optics feature our exclusive XR anti-reflective coatings for exceptional image clarity, and XD premium high-density glass to provide the edge-to-edge sharpness needed to differentiate details at any distance.

XD,Xtra-low Dispersion) glass objective lens elements of extra-low dispersion glass enhance image resolution and are carefully selected and precision-crafted to exacting standards for true-to-life images of startling clarity and color accuracy.

XR coatings deliver incredible image detail with extremely high resolution and light transmission. Fully multi-coated, scratch-resistant coatings eliminate annoying, image-degrading reflections and offer extraordinary brightness for a lifetime of trouble-free lens protection.

6.5-20x50 riflescope is ideal for Long Range, Predator/Varmint, and Target hunting.
V-Plex Wide reticle is a general purpose reticle with a wider mid-section of fine wire for less target obstruction. Good for general hunting, target and varmint applications.
Game-changing performance features.
The Viper's Precision-Force Spring System is a patented system that uses an ultra-performance copper alloy / cobalt-beryllium spring. Not only does this greatly increase the fatigue life of the erector support system over more commonly used materials, but changes in spring pressure over time are virtally eliminated because the spring maintains a constant force throughout the entire range of motion. And, most importantly, windage and elevation adjustments are consistently smooth thanks to the spring's resistance to galling against the erector tube.

Has anyone tried one out???

Thanks

Have not tried one but had read a review on them I believe on this site. Try a search and see what you can find. I have looked through one at a gunshow and can say they looked fine. Did not do any side by side with anybody else's. They are 1/4 minute adjustment which too much for my taste. The price by the way was a flat $300. I have seen them no hogher than $329, so the $499 price on the website is high.

If you see them for 300 let me know where, cause that is cheap!

Sure you arent thinkin about the Diamondback model?
