Vortex service

I had an occasion to have to call the Vortex service department to see if could purchase a springfor elevation knob as I lost the original with the usual fine dexterity of myself. I spoke with the service rep named Kathy and could not have been more pleased with her responses, she knew exactly what I was talking about and shipped one out that day. It's very good in today's world that companies take the time to truly stand behind their products, and to have knowledgeable people to represent them thru interaction with the customer.
