Vortex service, WOW !

This is a shout out for Jim Meyers @ Vortex. This is my first issue with one of my five vortex scopes. These folks are amazing. I wish everyone took this much care of their clients. Thanks, Jim and everyone there. Keep up the great work.

Glad to hear this. I’ve had zero issues with my GE, but it’s good to know they stand behind their products.

i bought a used viper PST long ago.....when it came, the previous owner had amazon chinese rings tightened down till both sides touched...these were aluminum 6 bolt rings. The rings made a NICE crimp in the tube. The unit was dark and had issues focusing, obviously.

I called vortex...explained to them the situation, offered to pay for all repairs, and sent it in.

a week later, the box showed up with a brand new scope, new pin, new accessories....never did get a bill!

I had great service from Vortex as well. Purchased a scope new that did not have lens covers in the box. Called Vortex and spoke with a very nice lady. She immediately placed a warranty order for their upgraded flip up lens covers at no extra cost. Not even shipping.
