Amongst 15 to 20 ppl switching winds, The Tomball Gun Club hosted the NBRSA Texas State Varmint for Score this Sunday the 24th.
while Tomball has always been infamous for switch winds, today we had the addition of 15/20 mph gusts that at times had just about everybody scratching their head,
In that mess, Gary Walters managed to shoot an outstanding 250 24x For the win. that was some great shooting in very trying condictions.
When we moved to 200 yards, it was all the Vic Smith Show. Through all of the mayhem, Vic managed to loose ony 2 points to end up with a 248 5x To garner the win.
the 200 yard win and his combined 100 yard score gave Vic the overall State Championdhio.
