Varmint - Silhouette Range... on East Coast...?

Does anyone know of a club or range on the South Eastern Coast, that has a Silhouette Range or anything similar to this one that is out in Calif....?

If I had the land... I'd build it tomorrow. If you have the land, then I'll build it, and we'll be partners... who has some land they're not using...?

I looked at the range in W.VA.... but I don't think I was seeing anything that looked like Silhouette Targets at staggered ranges... maybe I missed it.

Anyone else have any ideas on this type of range...?
