Varget Temperature sensitivity factor?

I was inputting information into the Strelok ballistics app and it asks for a temperature sensitivity factor. I am using varget, which I understand is a relatively temp. stable powder, but (despite a lot of searching) I have not been able to find a standard reference chart for for temperature sensitivity. It appears the numbers are given in %, like 1.4%. Thanks in advance for any help.

In the program, if you click on the "=" sign and input velocities (chronographed) at known temperatures, the program will calculate the value for you. In small print, it says this "Temperature sensitivity factor shows how many percent bullet speed will change at change temperature on 15 degrees". I usually get about 0.5 for my varget loads. Understand that this is an "irregular procedure" in achieving this factor and it is merely a hypothesis of the actual factor that we're trying to achieve! There is no exact factor of temperature sensitivity !

THE TABLE VALUE FROM SNIPER HIDE SAYS .2.

That means .2 FPS per degree F. Which is pretty small.

You could try contacting Australian Defence Industries (ADI/Thales int) but they may not answer your question.

Don't know about the "Data" issue , but I do know that many of us shoot Varget here in the Arizona desert year round . From mid 30's to 115F +. Never heard anyone complain about it , one way or another . For the most part , I'd say that most have a below 80F load , and a different load , for above that . Generally speaking , of course . Most testing of Varget shows very small changes from 30F to 80-85F , and minor increases up to 105 - 110F , from what I've read . If there is a better multi-use , multi-temp powder out there somewhere , "They kept it to themselves , and didn't tell anyone ...

In a 6.5 x47 120Gr. bullet I came up with .3 Jeff
