Varget & H1000

I called Four Seasons Sports in Goldsboro, NC to see if they had any 7828ssc. They said they had 7 one pounders, so I made the 30 mile drive. When I got there, it was 7828. Grrrr. But I did notice that they had 4 one pounders of Varget and 13 one pounders of H1000.

Why didn't you buy the 7828? Are you already running a compressed load?

I'm at 98% according to QL. I guess I could substitute 7828 for the ssc in QL and see what QL says the fill would be.
They made me mad because I called twice and I KNOW I told them ssc both times. And I probably should have bought the Varget - I wouldn't have any problem getting my money back when I get to Ohio in two weeks.

Anyway, anybody in NC or SC or southern VA that is desperate for Varget or H1000 can get a little.

Wow, you found powder. It's so hard to find an powder where I live. I could use a few more cans of H4350.

They probably had 50 or 60 pounds of various powders (all one pounders). The 7828 was $27.45 and the H1000 was $28.50.
I thought I posted their phone number in my first post, but just noticed that I didn't. It is 919-735-5500.

Erik, QL says I would be at 104% with the 7828. I'm not desperate - yet. I have enough 7828ssc to load 392 rounds. And I will have five places to look for it when I get to Ohio in two weeks. If none of them have it, then I guess I will have to back order online.
