V-tac's

Just received an order of the 103g V-tacs and noticed they all have jacket discoloration. My last order looked nothing like this.
Any thoughts on the reason for this or have you experienced this? Typically use Berger's and have never seen this issue.
Looking for thoughts if ok to use as is? Could it damage barrel?

Don't think it will bother anything. I would shoot them.

If you have a tumbler maybe give them a few hours.
