We have to remember that USPS's purpose is not to make money, but to provide a service.Truth. I know for a fact they lose money with their current system. There needs to be a safe, SIMPLE, method for subscribing.

Really I had my banking info stolen from my PP acct so has my nephew its canceled now.PP F&F, Zelle are fine
That’s what I tried this morning. Local Sherriff, deputy in the county I live in, he sent me to the PD in the city it started in which happened to be a neighboring county, the PD sent me to the county Sherriff it was cashed in, he then sent me to the PD in the city it was cashed in, the PD sent me back to the USPS since it was cashed at the post office. Really it has been a rat race of passing the buck!At this point I would persue filing a scam/fraud report with your local police and they should contact the police where the USPS Money Order was cashed.
The ones I've sent and received have been. I'll take them all day long.USPS money orders are not worth the paper it’s printed on!
If a USPS money gets lost or stolen it can be frustrating, but it's still the most secure combination for both the buyer and seller. If F&F PP or Zelle is used there is almost no recourse by the buyer. Civil Court is the only recourse.PP, Zelle or personal check... any other money order or USPS money order is a pita.
Curious, how was it stolen from PP? Did someone login as you or did they break into PayPal?Really I had my banking info stolen from my PP acct so has my nephew its canceled now.
Anybody who thinks electronic stuff is safe there crazy. Since I've stopped all electronic banking or paying bills not once has any CC or bank info has been stolen.
That's why you don't use F&F with people who aren't F&F. Pay the fee if you want that type of protection. If F&F PP or Zelle is used there is almost no recourse by the buyer. Civil Court is the only recourse.
If this is the case, I am out on that transaction I will not send a postal money order.because of the sellers insistence on using a postal money order for payment.

Because they admitted to it. When I starting using PP and other forms of attaching CC and bank info to electronic stuff 3 times within a year my info was stolen, once I stopped all that none in 4 years now.How do you know it was stolen from PayPal?
Its a pain in the a$$ and alot less B.S. Especially when you get a phone call at 6.am that somebody is in S.C. is trying to charge 3500.00 on your C.C. or in N.Y. at a Hotel, in Florida at a Hotel. Twice from the local hospital. To hell with that. And what are you out as a result? Just have to get a new card?
No he won't because its on a firearm, PP won't do shit on firearm related stuff.I just call them and say "These charges aren't mine", they remove them and send me a new card. It's a little bit of a hassle with all of the places I have it saved, but no big deal overall. I'm out $0.
I'll be the OP wishes he had that charge reversal protection (0 Liability) right now.
