USPS Gun Ban unconstitutional, FL U.S. Judge rules

That's what happens when PUBLIC (taxpayer funded)schools decide that the constitution is an illegitimate document. You end up with generations of citizens who don't understand the bill of rights, or the constitution amendments. The whole purpose of the 1st and 2nd amendment is to prevent a tyrannical government from governance against your God given rights. Of course law abiding citizens should be allowed to enter taxpayer properties armed or not. Also why the trespass charges against most of the Jan 6 citizens is BS. We the people. You never hear a democrat speak those words.

I suppose the painted up actors in the Jan 6 deal didn’t face any charges.

you can mail rifles or shotguns in the us mail to a licensed dealer for repair or customizing. Check postal regs.
you cannot ship handguns or ammo.

You can ship handgun parts. I just did a couple of months ago.

Everyone's interpretation of the law is different. Some may think taking the grips off makes it gun parts....;););)

I was mailing to a locensed dealer . And they said that if I didn't tell them they would take it BUT if I insured it and it was lost and I lied about what was in the package insurance would not pay . And I did not want to lose my gun . And our local post office is not very trust worthy .

You can use the USPS to mail long guns to a FFL Dealer. At one local PO I was told only Officers in the US Army can mail a firearm. I went to another PO, told the clerk what I was doing and there was no problem.
