Using Federal 215 magnum primers with 6.5 creedmoor and .308?

Anyone use these magnum primers with a creedmoor or 308? I currently use cci 200 and federal 210m for these calibers now but primers are hard to find in my neck of the woods. I do use the Federal 215m currently for a 338 Lapua I load but don't shoot it much. Found some of these 215 primers locally and wonder if they'd be ok to use in my creedmoor and 308's. I've already have load developed with the other primers just can't find them. Don't know if they'll ruin my accuracy and hat to buy them if I can't use them.

I've used them before in 308 but not in 6.5 Creedmoor. I assume you're talking 6.5 and not 6 Creed. You'll have to reduce load 10% and rework. Is a 339 Lapua in between a 338 Lapua and a 340 Wby? Just funnin', LOL!

That's what I was afraid of. Reworking an already excellent, refined load is an ass ache. This primer shortage is an ass ache. I think finding powder is easier than primers.

Fixed the Lapua, LOL. And yes 6.5 creedmoor.

Back in the day of learning to handload, I had a 7mm RM and a 22-250 (still have both). To simplify, I used magnum primers in both. Still do.

It'll work, ... but yes,... you'll have to work it up again.

They're 215's not 215m's . I've already have some 250m's. LOL

Seating depth should remain the same, so it's not a complete work up.
I'd back off 1gr and test in .2 increments.
Should be easy enough.
