Using Burris offset rings

I just received a set of offset rings with no instructions. I want to know how to get different levels of elevation with the 3 sizes.

For max elevation do I use the +.20 at the bottom rear to move the rear of the scope up and what do I use on the front bottom, -.05? And what do I use on the top halves .00 or ??

I can't really find anything on the net, the Burris site shows a table of MOA changes depending on ring spacing but not what I'm looking for.

I don't have them in front of me to help me visualize this and do the standard inserts play into this or do I set them aside. Hope this makes sense.

Thanks for looking.

If you want to maximize elevation do this.....+.020 rear bottom (-.020 on rear top)...front bottom -.020 ( +.020 on front top), This will give you 40" total UP (IF) spaced correctly ( believe it's 3.6" ring spacing)..

Take a look at this on You Tube.

It will answer all questions, albeit in a rather verbose manner.

I use these rings and Signature Rimfire rings with inserts on all of my rifles. I have had 0 problems until this week when I needed +/-20's for a 30mm tube scope. Burris doesn't have +/-20's in 30 mm.

I haven't checked, but I thought that Burris was coming out with +- .020 (30 mm)in the Tac series, I know the Sig Zees don't (I sure wish they would)

The instructions that came with my Burris XTR Signature rings say 4.75 spacing is what matches the offset.

I don't have the new Tac series so they may be different than the Sig Zees.
