Burris Signature Zee Rings

Was wondering if anyone has used the Burris Signature Zee Rings that mount on Weaver bases? I like the idea of the offset nylon inserts and could use another 20MOA. Any reason not to use these? Thanks!

You can spend a lot of money on big name rings but they don't work as good as burris sig. zee rings.......jim

They work... but it might be worth your while to take a pair of calipers to them and measure the insert thickness. I (and others) have found inserts that are mis-marked - they say for instance '+10'... a nominal '0' insert (in 30mm) measures 0.100, -10 measures 0.090", and +10 measure 0.110" - but when you find ones that say '+10' but measure closer to 0.090"... thats not good.

I have them on my deer rifle holding a Sightron SII, and on my Savage 6mm Dasher holding a Conquest. Both work great, and I like them for long range because I can use the inserts to keep the adjustment closer to centered.
I've even seen them used on full custom guns at 600 and 1000 yd IBS matches by people who routinely end up on the top of the results page at the end of the day.
Use them with confidence.

I measured 3 sets i have hear in 30 mm,all inserts are with in .0005 of each 0 +10 -10. I was comparing 6 half inserts to each other. The only time the reading was bad was right over the marking........jim

Burris Signature Zees are all I use, except for the NightForce which came with Leupold tacticals. Otherwise it too would ride in Signatures.

I read somewhere that the zee rings dont work too good on picatinny rails, is this true?

I've got a set holding zero just fine on an AR. If there's a problem, I don't know it. I'm getting 3/4 minute 5-shot groups with them.
