Using a 6 XC for benchrest

I am wondering if a 6xc is being used for 600 or 1000 yard benchrest comp? I look over Precision Shooting when it arrives but don't see this caliber in the equipment lists. Has anyone attending a competition seen this caliber being used? Thanks

My custom rifle builder is talking about trying one this season. Apparently the 6 Dasher has lost his interest for now at 1000 yards. I'll have to ask him next time when I pick up my barreled action if he ever got around to it.

I used the 6xc in bench for a few years and won some matches. 2010 I won overall in light gun IBS 600 natls using it with 115 vids and H4350

It's probably a better wind cartridge than some but not as accurate as the dashers. I took a beating at the Fclass long range nationals 2011 with it, but then so did everybody. I switched to 284's that suit the needs for that sport. I still have a barrel that can be screwed on if needed. It is a very easy cartridge to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to use it again.
