UPS Closing Customer Service at Many Hubs

So did the dirty little Hungarian currency speculator almost bankrupt England years ago. The reason such things are not illegal is those doing it make too much money and spread it around to the ones in government who can keep it a legal enterprise.

A member here turned me on to it--I have been wasting $$ on shipping until I found this--same as always you have to drop it off but UPS offers many drop locations so when I go to town I drop at the parts store or the drug stores that are designated drop sites--easy to find those online as well

Someone explain to me how this company is allowed to exist... They are clearly violating the UPS shipping policy by selling firearms shipping labels to a non FFL third party with no qualifications.

The current Postmaster General is Louis DeJoy, who was appointed on June 16, 2020 by Trump. He began his term by trashing hundreds, if not thousands, of bran new high-speed sorting machines. He is a known major investor in several "alternative" delivery companies. He has worked at destroying the USPS since day one and has even been quoted as saying such. Guess he is getting it done. He can only be dismissed by the Board of Governors, more appointees.
AND I am totally non-political...they are all crooks and frauds.

DeJoy very early on scrapped USPS automation machines with nothing replacing them. His appointment was an appointment of an individual who blatantly had conflicts of interests to damage the USPS's ability to operate just before the last Presidential Election. His businesses are in direct conflict with the USPS.

Pirate Ship offers more than UPS as a shipping service.
My question is what difference does it make?

Pirate Ship has very clear rules about anything related to firearms.

I shipped an blank rifle barrel, UPS lost it, and they (pirate ship) gave me a proper scolding.

I use them for everything that's not a gun part.

Right. That's why I say "unknowingly violated". They're just letting you print a label to ship something, they aren't checking contents - you have to abide by the rules, and they're definitely not marketing themselves as a way to circumvent UPSs policies.

I signed for an account with UPS. They offered a "special" account similar to the USPS Enhanced Click and Ship. Thought it was a great deal until I figured out that they charged me a weekly fee whether I used it or not. So I cancelled the account. Do not remember what they called it. Trying to forget it!

Oh okay my misunderstanding. I thought we were talking about shipping firearms. And UPS considers anything that is a part of a firearm to be a firearm. By the way.

If pirate ship doesn't allow you to ship firearms then they're in compliance with UPS policy. I didn't say I like the policy. The policy is actually incredibly stupid. Especially considering say a trigger to be a firearm or a barrel to be a firearm that's ridiculous. But that is their stupid policy
