UPS Bash Bros shipping?? What THE HECK

Thank you for the info. Can you explain the difference between the hubs and store fronts? The store fronts and the UPS corporate hubs seem to be at a disconnect. Like they only share the name. When I filed my claim as the shipper it was two weeks of well it’s the store front and then the store front was like no its UPS corporate. What is their relationship? Thanks again for the insider knowledge.
The UPS store is a name brand owned by UPS but almost all the stores a franchises owned by a small business owner. The Hub is a large sorting facility that sorts hundreds of thousands of packages a day to well over a million in the largest hubs. The centers are where the delivery trucks work from. Centers have customer counters open to the public usually. The hub I worked at in Jacksonville Florida has four different centers located inside the hub and a combined customer counter. It’s a massive facility that they’re expanding currently.

So, called Midway customer service this morning, and explained the lost bullets and damaged box situation, after 6 min on hold.

Without hesitation, they offered to send a replacement box of 100 sierras - to replace the one broken box.

No need for photos, or other info.
Didn't question my description of the box or packaging at all.

He mentioned they would not go via “Sure post” this time, but regular UPS ground, and that I should get them by Friday. They apologized for the original shipment damage and delay.

I am happy with that.
I appreciate the feedback and comments from the forum, as I wasn't planning to call MW CS at all - originally.

Awesome, called it. That is the reason I switched to Midway. I am glad to see that they did right by you.

@Dusty Stevens 15 yards of bubble wrap is for your protection.
I got a fat bag of peanuts too!
Couldn't help myself I saw the post.
Having a painted stock damaged only takes once for me to step my game up.
Maybe the federal employee handling the package should have paid more attention in school, as the package in question clearly stated...
"Fragile do not bend or crush"
Now I'm going to find bigger boxes so I can bubble wrap the box containing stock and insert into larger box.
Oh and the peanuts will be crammed into every void inside the 1st box along with the 15yards of bubble wrap!
It is cheaper for the extra packing than to eat the repair.
Sure beats that big fat hairy ass Arkansas spider you sent me in the first box.

You needed to feel my spider pain. My last shop was dirt daubers, this one has spiders
Dirt daubed are one thing I dont miss from Tennessee.
Get some insect bombs and set em off.
Take mama and kiddos out for the day.

I will also add to this great explanation and info, the little brown trucks are called Package cars.

Is it possible the box had burst open due to obvious mishandling and the original packing materials had been just thrown away, and the box re-sealed?
Most the packages I got from midway had no packing material and they always use way too big of a box, this fly around inside the box and break open. I finally quit ordering from them.
