Updating for sale adds

I have placed a few adds recently and when I go to update them, ie: SPF of a change in terms or price. I get an Ooops message that I can’t excessively bump my ads. It looks like I can only modify an ad once a third party responds to it? If a listing hasn’t sold yet I’ll modify the add to get the item priced to the market. I understand the desire to stop the guys who are ttt there adds every day without any changes, but what about the rest of us who would like to just modify or update our adds? Is there a certain time frame when an add can be modified? Maybe I’m not waiting long enough? I just trying to keep them current so folks know when one of the items has sold.

You should be able to modify your original ad at any time, but you have to wait 3 days to bump.

Ok, that’s good to know. I’ll wait three days to change the price if need be.
