What batch/lot produced the best accuracy?

Every notice any rounds that give a light report and a low velocity reading?
Was shooting some Federal AutoMatch Target ammo yesterday and had 2 light ones that went outside the group. Low left. Pistol at 50 feet. No chronograph used.
