Another avenue would be "IC3.gov, which is the internet fraud unit of the FBI. Since this fraud was perpetrated using the internet and the USPS both can become involved, to deal with criminals, preventing them from using the same tactics on other members of society.
I used both in helping me recover a "refund" from a major manufacturer of computer parts, unlike most, I made copies of all my transactions, which becomes evidence in matters such as these.
These type of people will never stop, until someone takes a stand.

Anyone heard from 505 reloader? We had been PM'ing back and forth about a box of brass that was shipped on March 14th that has disappeared, got the first box, but second one is MIA. Last tracking shows it enroute on March 21st ten days ago, After being shipped on the 14th. It's insured so we should be good just hadn't heard a thing from him since March
