Undersized brass question.

I have 200 rounds of once fired .308 win GMM brass that has been F.L. resized and trimmed. Upon inspection prior to loading, I found the brass is undersized by approximately .010" due to being resized with a modified shell holder. I have since discovered and disposed of the modified suspect shell holder. Do you think I'm risking case head separation due to the brass being undersized by .010"? My standard load is a 168gr bthp moving at 2600 fps at the muzzle utilizing RL15 powder. It is not a hot load by any means.
Should I risk using the brass or dispose of it? Please let me know your thoughts.

Expand the brass with a .358 or larger expander. Then neck back down to .308 with interference at the shoulder to control head space.
Anneal after firing and you should be able to get fairly normal life out of your brass.

Develop the habit of checking your work in progress.
It is much better to find one or two ruined cases than a huge pile of them.

I would go the false shoulder route. The increase of neck diameter does not have to be extreme to work. Experiment with a couple of cases.
