Ultrasonic Case Cleaning & Bullet Seating

I have 45 3X Lake City cases that are fully prepped and were ultrasonically cleaned. Today I tried dipping the case necks in Imperial Dry Neck Lube, but too much was deposited on the outside of the case neck, which required wiping them off. As an alternative I infused the tip of a Q-Tip with the dry lube and coated the inside of the case necks by hand. Next I passed the neck through a PMA expander mandrel that only increased the neck OD by 0.0005”. I have been running 0.0035 neck tension so this will bump the neck tension down to 0.003”. I believe this method will coat the interior of the necks better than just dipping the necks in the dry lube. If I have time I will load these up and head to the range to see how they shoot.
