Is a barrel tuner effective on a medium palma barrel (0.820 dia) ? If so, who makes one that will fit that diameter? It will be a 30" barrel in .223, if that factors in.

Yes, they very effective on barrels of that size. The reason I didn't reply sooner is that my tuners are bigger than that but I can and do make an adapter when necessary. --Mike Ezell
