TUBB DUST

For those that are adding this product to powder, how much do you add to a pound of powder? Also, what kind of blending device are you using and how long do you blend to ensure that you have a homogeneous mixture?

I have a bit of blending experience on the industrial level and I don't have the things needed to do that job just sitting around the reloading room. Just putting some "dust" in a container with a pound of powder and shaking it up for a few seconds isn't going to get it.

I use my thumbler rotary style Tumblr. I set a 5 gallon bucket in it. And then I put the powder in the five gallon bucket with some duct tape so it won't come out. And then I let it rotate for 20 minutes and that works well. Vibratory tumbling has not worked and it needs to be rotated somehow in the manner of like a dryer the way it works to really get it mixed in well

U 2 may want to review the laws. Consumer products versus work place products. Apparently you are assuming there are hazardous materials in the dust. I dont know, but last time I bought acetone I didn't get an msds. Now if your employer is using it an msds would be required.
You don’t get it when you buy the stuff but if you Google it, an MSDS is available for acetone. I don’t know if everything is like that but I had to include info on where to find the MSDS for all the stuff we used at the auto school I taught at. I think it’s for the firefighters and medical personnel.
