I'm a Christian. I've never been a fan of black magic crap marketing. Fact is, I have a vault full of target rifles from the past hundred years that can shoot right with any new thing. ALL manner of barrel lengths, contours, land configurations, chamber dimensions, and actions. The concept that there's something worth hiding is ridiculous. The one thing I find refreshing about Orkan's approach on presenting this new rifle. complete transparency I ask about the chamber and he provide the specs. none of this marketing type answer of proprietary reamer special to this rifle and barrels are not some specially made blanks that are only available to the maker of the rifle.
in my eyes he is relying on the pure performance to sell this rifle, not some black magic type of marketing.

Look at the RimX. Nothing secret. The magic of that action isn't in what you can't see or can't know. It's in what you CAN see. ... and I've always been willing to share my knowledge. I live on my range. Not figuratively, literally. I have a 3 mile range out my back door. I shoot more precision rifle rounds each year than anyone I know, and that blessing allows me to experience quite a lot. I'm sick to death of seeing cherry-picked groups being trod out as "proof" of 22lr performance. For all those tiny groups I've seen on the internet... why don't I ever get to witness this surreal performance in person? So I have no compunction of posting real results in any conditions while testing a new actions reliability. There are some pretty crazy impressive 10 shot groups I fired in those crappy conditions with this brand new rifle. Many of them live streamed for all to see.
The reality is, good barrels, fit to good actions, perfectly bedded to good stocks, with good chambers, just shoot. There is no "magic" combination that creates this condition. If you've been following the @primalrights instagram account in the past weeks, you've seen proof of it. I've been shooting targets at 50yds, LIVE, with all manner of 22lr rifle. ALL capable of outstanding accuracy and precision. BSA martinis, Anschutz's, rem40x's, walthers, etc.
Would be interesting to see the difference if any, assuming the same .600 depth
on the BM barrels, are they special profiles or just standard straight taper?
Will the other reamer dimensions be the same except for the 1.5 degree lead?
No other changes in chamber... just the lead angle. I fully expect the 1.5 degree will shoot lapua better than this 2° does.
No special secret squirrel profiles. I have every kind of barrel length and profile imaginable in 22lr... and they all shoot crazy good.
That is part of what the RimX means to this industry. Gone is the single source provider mentality. You can order an action from wherever. (I'll happily sell you one when we get stock) Get a barrel from your favorite place. Screw it on yourself if you wish, and go shoot. THAT is progress! Bottom line is, soon you'll be able to call me up and get a TS Customs built RimX with a benchmark barrel and it will shoot great and run flawless. Once we get more actions in stock, we'll be off to the races.
