trying to locate this gunsmith

Hello,
I am trying to get in touch with a gunsmith by the name of Rick Picaretta of RDP Guns. I have a rifle that the previous owner said he built and I would like to talk to him. I've tried searching the web and the two numbers that I can find won't work. One is a wrong # and the other isn' working. I would appreciate any help.

Yes I tried it twice, the man on the other end said wrong number. Thanks anyway.
