Separate from firearm.
This case easily fits a Bat M. And grease .
The best system I have found so far.
A little pricey but what are you going to
Carry your 500.00 bolt in? A sock,
Other brands may work also.

Option D: the new Dillon catalog came yesterday.Very feminine young lady on the cover with a Colt Python in hand.
Anyway, Page 64, Dillon Utility Boxes. Large box is $5.75 and measures 13 1/2 by 5 3/4 by 2 1/4.
Two pieces of soft foam, cut to the interior size will cradle your bolt.
They are very sturdy. When the State Quarters came out, my wife took one of my boxes and started putting them (quarters) in there. They hold just dead on $400 worth.

It is always funny when someone has forgotten their bolt especially when traveling hours to shoot. Sucks for them but funny for me.

On a side note pelican has many different sizes so you can get one that exactly fits what you need. FYI the 1050 will hold 550rds of 22lr and 6 mags for a ruger mk3 type.

Agree. And another reason that I favor ranges that employ ECI (Empty Chamber Indicaters) over bolt removal. JMHO. WD

At IBS shoots you cannot have a bolt in your gun when it is uncased. If so, bye bye. Bolts must be out of rifles.

That case or any other is a good idea. Would like it best if it fits inside the gun case so it's with the rifle. I use Burris scope covers, a glorified sock.
