It’s tough to find the perfect device for this range. If I could find a screwdriver style that adjusts from 10-80 in-lb I’d pay the money and move on in life.
Fixit sticks are probably best. Tee handle screwdriver.
Torque screwdrivers are often too low in torque and I assume that’s to protect an assembly worker from injury through repetitive use. The screwdriver types seem to top out around 60 in-lb. For folks like us who only use them occasionally it’s a non issue but consequently there are no professional grade tools that go up as high as I’d like.

Small torque wrenches exist and work well and you will need two hands to operate them.

Also don’t forget that sometimes the ratings are in ounce-inches and pound-inches. I have one somewhere that isn’t useful because I missed the ounce inches rating.
