Top Load Gun Case

Besides Lakewood products are there any other gun cases that one can load from the top?

I have a Lakewood and would like another but they’re pricey for the application I need it for.

I can’t find one on their site. I thought I had seen one and you have confirmed that. I’ll look harder.
 
That a 2015 add I do believe. Still a good case. Doesn't seal out dust though. I cover my action and the scope has covers.
I have a cloth champion choice zip up that is super padded fur my wood stock special.
 
I use the Plano airglide. It is my favorite case for regular transport. They work great for drives to the range, but I would not use it for air travel (not beefy enough). There are a couple things I really like. First there is no vertical or sideloading on your expensive optics. I had a scope go bad in a conventional case. MFG said side pressure on turrets may have been a factor. Second the Airglide is easy to adapt the cushioning for narrow or wide fore-ends. Third I like the fact that the muzzle is below the action — this prevents solvents and other gunk from draining into your action.

You need to check your overall length. I can fit a benchrest rifle with a 27 inch barrel but that’s close to the limit.

The boss summed it up above. Its a nice case as long as it stays on its base, and no water or dirt soaks it. The handle is in a good spot for a 10.5lb ppc lv rifle but a long range br rifle at 17lbs with a big barrel it gets muzzle heavy but not a big deal. If you go to a ibs match you'll see 90% ppl have the air glide...
Go to a ara match and see 99%.
Very popular to say the least.

I have to take my jj slide off. Some cut the end open to allow for the barrel "ornaments"
