They don’t make grinders or sausage stuffers like they used too. I have my Grandmothers hand grinder that I still use..
Had dirty rice this week myself.. Made it with ground elk that fell last October. My wife makes great beignets but she makes killer clam cakes!

I bought a grinder at a farm supply store a few years back that looks like a hand grinder on steroids. Had a pulley on the grinder auger, and I added a 1 1/2hp motor. That thing is down- right dangerous, but it'll grind anything that fits in the throat. Smart cars best keep their distance.

fatman,when I was growing up,you went to the baitshop and the man counted out how many worms you wanted into a CAN,could only afford 10 or 12
