To anneal 1st time fire cases?

After getting my 6mm250 cases fireformed for the 1st time I would like to know from the group if it is recommended to anneal the necks prior to resizing the cases?

My understanding is that case manufacturers anneal necks when forming the case.

If so, should the necks be good to to as is or should I anneal them before proceeding with any further case work.

The cases are NEW W-W 22-250 cases that I upsized to 6mm250 and have fired them 1 time.

It never hurts to anneal.

As a rule though I always anneal after changing neck size so I'd recommend it in your case.

If you are going to turn them, do it first and then anneal.
