What about some dry graphite spray,it dries after applying it?Wipe it with some liquid graphite like lock eeeze and let it dry. It needs a good layer of carbon graphite in it. Also store it with a dryer sheet
Had the same problem. So I never again used my chargemaster with pistol powder.
Luckily titegroup meters very precisely from a powder throw.
I don't think most pistol ammo needs the accuracy that the Chargemaster affords.
Unless you're doing something like long range, supported shooting, in general, you're going to be the weak link in the chain, not the powder charge.
I shoot NRA and International bullseye pistol, and am more than satisfied with tossing charges straight from a powder measure.
Then again, maybe that's just me.
My chargemaster is my one stop shop. I dont even own a separate powder throw. The amount of tightgroup between just enough and to much is so small I just use it. I do calibrate it and verify it each time. No ball powder yet.I don't think most pistol ammo needs the accuracy that the Chargemaster affords.

Ive seen a number of pictures of broken frames from double charges due to sticking in progressive presses.Started using this powder in my rcbs charge master and its sticking, wont even drain out to empty from hopper, yes I've used dryer sheets, dont work.
I heard put some powder graphite in it ,swish it around?
What about rubbing the inside of it with nufinish polish?
Other powders dont stick
Thank you for the alert on high nitroglycerin powders. Further digging uncovered the warning from Hodgdon, especially about clear polystyrene hoppers:The high nitroglycerin content is melting the plastic. It sticks because it etched into the plastic. Do not leave in any powder hopper. RCBS is one of the worst ones to use it in.
