Tight bolt closing on resized brass / .223

The click is from the .200 line, needed a SB die for my 6br it started to develop it after about the 4th load. It was faint and the SB die reeled it in. It can get away from you, I've had brass i trashed, running it too hard and couldn't get it back in spec.

I have a 45acp die that is lightly honed inside. It sizes the base on my br perfectly!

Or is it the snap? And then there is the base of what? My shell holders have a deck height of .125". that makes it impossible to sized the case head because of the .125" deck height plus the radius of the die. I have small base dies, I have measured the difference between small base dies and common ordinary everyday dies. I can make better use of a feeler gage than I can with a small base die.
