bolt closing hard

i have an xr 100 rem in 223 and i'm haveing trouble closing the bolt when the gun is warm. brass is win. and been trimmed to length i last loaded 52 gr hpbt. and jammed .010 into lans. works fine untill gun starts to warm up then bolt is hard to close. accuracy is good. does anyone have any ideas?

Are you sizing the body of the cases or just the necks? I believe you need to either use a body die or a full lenth sizing die on your brass.

i totally agree with travelor try full lengthing them if you measure the shell under the bevel you will find that the top will be .360 and the bottom will be .375

I had a problem closing bolt on 223 savage and it turned out that I wasn't setting up the fl die enough to get the shoulder back where it belonged. Setup die and didn't have any more trouble.
