Through barrel coolant/lubricant reamers

I used a clear plastic cup and cut it to fit around my reamer holder, catches everything and puts it back into my catch pan. How much pressure are you running while backing it out? I like mine about 30psi that way its still moving chips out but doesn't spray too much when I back it out.
