I couldn’t get mine to run on my old windows 7 computer. Had to have my wife figure it out. One of my buddies who is completely computer illiterate plugged tight into a windows 10 computer and it came on with no downloads.

I run Windows 7 and had to download amcap Program and it works perfectly

Mine is running off of the webcam software that was already on my computer. I just have to plug in the webcam or teslong camera and choose the one I’m running at the time. This also works perfectly for me, after my wife showed me how to do it.

Got mine today three days from Amazon. I can't understand why it won't work on my iPhone All kinds of pictures on this thread and I see them great on my iPhone. Works great on my old window 7 laptop though. Mike

For my iPhone it does not come with a lightning plug adapter but I see one on Amazon for 12 bucks and I’m going to get it and take a chance

I found this by accident. I haven't tried one. The guy who did the video review said they are veteran owned and their phone no. area code is NY. Looks like they have a lot more options than Teslong.

Shout-out to Teslong customer support. (Well - at least so-far-so-good.)

The mirror fell off the 45-degree angle part of the end piece. I emailed Teslong customer support. They got back to me very quickly and said they'd send three replacements.

Great product. Great support.

I've got one that bluetooths to my Iphone. Works great, but the new Teslong is much better.

Good to know. I just saw that it was small enough to work in a .20 cal and thought it might be good. I'll have to be in a world of hurt before I buy anything through amazon.
