ThorroClean Question

Old Navy

Gold $$ Contributor
I received my ThorroClean yesterday. I read the instructions toughly. My problem is the ThorroClean is so so thick it is extremely hard to get out of the bottle. It is a paste instead of a thick liquid. I watched several online videos and mine is definitely a little too thick. I shook it really hard several times. Any suggestion?

Put a bullet in bottle and shake to help break it up. But it does look a bit different then the bottle I'm using now.

I plan to first thing tomorrow.
good luck with that. when you get the options, push the number for dealers. thats what i had to do to talk to someone, seems like they out sourced there customer service. I had emailed through there site and didnt hear back, then called and left a message, didnt hear back, then called and hit every option until someone answered. There getting there die back tomorrow, trying for a refund.
thorro clean is good stuff, but mine is a lot thinner than yours.

Watch F'class johns thorroclean video. The cleaner he applied to the front end of a brush, stayed there until he ran the brush into the bore. Than after 20 strokes he spray washed the brush too remove the cleaner. It must be thick, not liquid.

There are two different thorrocleans!

The original one, came in a two bottle deal. The cleaning bottle (white) needed a ball bearing or something added to break up the abrasive that settled hard in the bottom.

What @Old Navy posted is a newer type that is like a thick condiment. Yes it's thicker. Just squeeze it out of the bottle?

Good to know I am not the only one having issues, I have been dipping the brush in the bottle about half way to not make a mess. But it seems to work the same as the original stuff. Thought about thinning it down but not sure what to use.
