This is what tight neck tension looks like, right?

Loaded up three 108ELDMs as well as 3 JLKs so my wife could verify her rifles zero, but the final 108 was tight going in, I could have fixed in with some fast annealing but opted to have her shoot it last while I was downrange to see where the last round went, sure enough, her last shot went high and this is what you get, it's a shame I didn't load 1 or 2 more since her first two went in the same hole at 300yds, they might have went into a nice tiny group, who knows.

If you loaded one or two with more tension they could have also paired up for small group ,hard to say with a small sample.
 
Well tighter neck tension builds more pressure so it seems right they would go high
It depends on how hard the necks are. Almost anything over 0.002”neck tension will place neck in yield, meaning tension is set by metallurgy and not geometry.
